Today we rode our bicycles across the Hudson on a bike trail that used to be a railroad just Upstream from the Mid-Hudson Bridge. We then went to Little Italy across the bridge and found a deli restaurant that is famous for True Italian food. It was absolutely wonderful we did not get hungry for a long time.
Pics from the bike/railroad bridge follow:
We ended up in Little Italy in Poughkeepsie New York,NY for lunch.
This figurehead was a representative for a restaurant called Noah's Ark.
If you look close you can see the owner of the restaurant standing with Becky.
Awesome cannoli.
Back across the bike way.
The bridge is over 200 ft High and last year we remember going under it with Jennie Happe on her sailboat.
